Serviced by JLS for about 10 months. Had 512 down, 256 up, static IP. Had to change the radio after a few weeks in an attempt to solve signal problems. Service improved over the 10 month period but never got past constant service outage problems. Lots of brief outages lasting only a few seconds to a few minutes. Service not continuous enough for streaming video or audio. No 24 hour service outage report number. Not steady enough service for the money. Cancelled service after JLS chewed me out for calling them 3 times on a Sunday. After cancellation of service, I requested multiple times over many months for JLS to supply the software that came with the radio I paid for, but JLS has not complied.
