Earthwave is absolutely wonderful! I don't even have land phone service and it still works! Great, Fast, and Friendly service. They even came back to bring me a cord to match my walls.

My name is Kristin Moore and I am the Assistant Manager of a Condominium called The Apolline, in Washington D.C. We have had DSL service through Earthwave for about 5 months and there is only one word to describe it...fabulous. We couldn't ask for better support than what we currently receive from Adnan and Dylan. The service is always up and if it does happen to go down, Adnan will usually call and ask us if we're having a problem before we realize we're having a problem. They have restored my faith in DSL service, considering I'm about to throw my Comcast modem out of the window because they're terrible. I would strongly recommend Earthwave LLC to anyone who wants dependable DSL service with outstanding technical support.

I recently signed up for Earthwave DSL at the Apolline Condominium in
Washington DC. Previously I have been using dialup service from
Earthlink. This service is much faster and is less expensive than the
unlimited dialup service from Earthlink. I had some problems with the
installation, but they were all related to my computer and they were
resolved efficiently by the Earthwave installer who was very helpful and
knowledgeable.
Anyone who uses the internet from the Apolline should consider
Earthwave. It is very high quality service, fast, and cheap. I didn't
want to change my e-mail address, so I switched my Earthlink
[sprintmail] account to one costing $10.00 a month for 10 hours. So far
I have been able to send and receive e-mail without actually dialing up,
so I won't be using the 10 hours but it lets me continuing using my
Netscape 7 email software rather than a webmail account with a new
address. Even adding the $10 to the $20 for the Earthwave DSL, it is
not costing me much more than the full service dialup service did. The
total cost is substantially less than DSL from other providers. All
things considered, I doubt that any Apolline resident can get a better
deal on DSL than that available from Earthwave. Once you have used DSL,
you will never go back to dialup.

Earthwave's service has been rock solid. We have had no down time and their support service has been very prompt and reliable. I had another connection from a DSL carrier and it was twice as expensive. I would definately have to recommend Earthwave as a good company who serves their customer well.

I did not have DSL service before earthwave and it is much faster then AOL I was previously using and I have never had a problem with downtime.

Hi, I live in the Apolline building in Washington, DC. I recently switched my DSL service from Verizon to Earthwave and I'm very happy with the service and the performance. I have found the Earthwave service to be more reliable and much Faster than the Verizon service. The Earthwave installer was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. During the install he patiently helped me work through some complications I was having configuring my wireless network to work with the DSL service. I happy to say my wireless network now works fine and I get great speed from both my wired and wireless PCs.
There's no comparison when it comes to price, either. Earthwave is only $20 a month (half the cost of Verizon) AND they do not require you to maintain and pay for a POTS (voice) phone line as Verizon does. So, for someone like me that just wants to use my mobile phone and have high speed access I can save another $20 per month by dropping the Verizon voice line.
High speed Internet access is very important to me since I work from home quite a bit. I'm in the telco industry and I'm very picky about my telco providers. I definitely recommend Earthwave for high speed Internet service in the Apolline.

All Apolline residents should get Earthwave DSL! After having really
bad Verizon DSL for 9 months, I switched, and I am really happy I did.
Earthwave is exactly half the price, exactly double the speed, and much
better customer service. Their customer service is extremely fast to
respond, and is always polite. Their DSL is about the
same price as normal dial-up, and offers a much better service. How
could you resist?

This ISP has got their service installations and support together. Since I signed up about 5 months ago they have been rock solid. Keep up the good work.
