Their service was excellent though they are not the fastest provider in the area. They were the first DSL provider to service our area. Very reliable connections, I think it was only down once during the entire year and a half I was with them. The only negative is that they continued to bill me after repeated attempts to deactivate my service. They finally stopped billing me but have never credited me back even though they have promised on several occasions that they would reimburse me for the 3 extra months they charged me. Still waiting for my refund, doubt I will ever see my lost $150.00

Westband Networks is my 3rd ISP in so many years and they are by far the best I've ever delt with. I've been using them for about 7 or 8 months and had only one down period which was a choice one problem. But even then, Westband Called me (yes they called me) to figure away around the problem....
The details are: * 256 SDSL ~$50 per/mon * 2 static IP address * Installtion fee ~ 75 * Dial up service when DSL link is down
Installation was very, very easy... No contracts... You simply call them and in about 20 days you have service assuming there are on line issues (which is normal)....
On the down side, I've sent them numerous emails and never got a respond.... but I've always been able reach somebody (using thier toll-free number) within minutes (i.e. I did *not* sit on hold forever)....
The best thing about this ISP is that they are honest and straightforward. If they say they are going to do something they do it... and they will tell you if they can't.... Its actually refreshing to deal with people like this in the service industry because it does not happen very offen!!!
