    I'm a Sonic.net Elite Pro customer (2 years now) and it's the best ISP I've used from both a speed and reliability standpoint. In the past I've been a DSL customer at Pac Bell and ATT/Yahoo, Earthlink and a cable customer at Comcast. Comcast was the worst by far.

    With Sonic.net I get the speed I'm paying for and rock solid reliability. I haven't had any serious problems, but Tech Support was efficient and professional the few times I've called.

    I'd like to see a faster package offered. At present the only way to get better speeds in my area is with Speakeasy at much higher prices.

    Bait and switch intro pricing is the norm in the industry and not something unique to Sonic.Net. Be sure to ask what the monthly price will be when the intro ends.

    All said Sonic.Net is an excellent ISP for home power users.
