We have a small company that uses eBay to sell ladies clothing. We use three PC's and have used, Netcom, Bigger, AT&T to host images as well as serve as our email provider.
None could provide DSL to our location and we needed it desperately as our business and volume grew and grew. I contacted SONIC.NET of Santa Rosa, CA and after asking many questions took the plunge thinking that I would really face the music if this didn't work easily. I had nothing to fear, even having SBCGlobal 8-( as the telco, the signup was explained over the phone. Tech support took me thru my initial setup, even providing info on the new router we needed to service the rest of the systems. On hook up day I plugged in the DSL modem, the router, connected all cabling and ran thru the checklist they had furnished me and 'Viola! we were on-line.
$34.00 /mo 768 Dn/384 Up Express Pro plan with Static IP is good enough for me, it always exceeds the speed tests at DSLReports and Broadband.com's site. Terrific suff! Nothing could be easier or more reliable in my on-line experience. Hurray for SONIC.NET, worth every penny and then some!

UPDATE 12/5/2006
A month ago I changed service level to DSL Pro with a Dynamic address, the sales person at Sonic handled the request with aplomb, explaining what differences this would make in our online experience, it is decidedly FASTER as I actually upgraded the speed at the same time that I went from Static IP to Dynamic IP. My monthly billing was cut nearly IN HALF too boot! Still SONIC is not cheap when compared to other ISP's in the area but the level of service and the quality of the experience makes up for the added expense. They STILL rank as the BEST ISP I HAVE EVER USED! Would I do them again? You bet!
