    They advertise speeds of (3) to (7) Mbps. Right now these speeds can not be reached in this area. It appears they are having problems delivering on there promises for this area. I would not have switched from Cox Cable High Speed if I had known this. I would wait a year or two if I lived in this area and was thinking of switching over to them. They have no idea when and if they will ever deliver the 7 Mbps to this area. Avoid them like the plaque for now.

    All problems have been resolved thanks to some great help from members of DSL Reports. Speeds are running much higher now. Downloads and Uploads. The install was done with a self install. I did purchase my own Modem for the connection. The modem is a Actiontec GT701. Speed package is 7000/825. Am getting 4080/780. The 7000 is listed as up to 7000/825. Service has had no interruptions from day 1. Very reliable and very cost effective. I would like to recommend Qwest for anyone out there thinking of making the switch from Cable at this time.

    I have been with Qwest DSL for (2) years now. Never had any down time or connection problems. I am in the Green Valley, Az area. Served by Qwest out of Tucson, Az. I would highly recommend Qwest to anyone in this area.
