Hats off to Qwest.net for providing excellent customer service and technical support while delivering a consistent and reliable service! After the service was ordered, a Cisco 675 arrived within three days. The broadband connection was operating flawlessly within 15-20 minutes. During the five plus years of service with Qwest.net, I've only experienced two network outages due to denial of service attacks against the ISP. The few times I've needed technical support for broadband service, its technicians have been polite and friendly. They also seemed to be very knowledgeable about broadband technology along with their products and services.

Update since last review above. I've moved and had new services connected. The phone has been in service since early August. My telephone line is still draped over two large trees and running across the ground. Qwest reps have said they would send someone out on three occasions now. Nothing promised has been completed. During the initial scheduling, somehow they got the order mixed up which delayed my service installation. Since my service wasn't connected when it should have been, I was charged by my mobile phone provider for all the extra time I had to use due to Qwest's issue.

Now I see why they have strung me along for such a long period of time. Today they told me it is not Qwest's cable running to the condos and that they will not make repairs. They claim some individual installed the line from the post at the street to the terminal box on the building. I feel they strung me along all this time to collect all the revenue they could before telling me they will not repair the cable. They do not send out service techs or call when they say they will. So much for Qwest's customer service these days.
