    6 years service 2 years with AT&T 1 problem, lightning hit my DSL modem.
    Bellsouth Customer service was very helpful and we tried everything.
    They scheduled a technican to come out. he checked the line then the
    modem. He replaced the modem ran a direct line and said have a nice day
    no charge and I was connected again at a outragous connection speeds.
