My FastAccess DSL Xtreme 6.0 service is so good that AT&T would have to beat me over the head with a stick to make me leave or they would have implement some really stupid policy that would make me want to leave.
This is kind of a crappy review and I will fix it up later, but I posted this so the site would leave me alone.
Tech support is 100% from the people on the ground and in the forum. Phone tech support is so-so, but it has become much better than it use to be.
The Internet connection part of the FastAccess DSL service is great. The E-mail service use to suck and it still does, but it sucks a lot less than it did. The DNS service use to suck at times, but now it is much better and is almost to the point of being really good.
