After 7 years, still loving my FastAccess DSL.
Paying for 6/512, seeing about 6.5M/420K consistently.
Working via externally-splittered CAT5 home run on about a 2.0kft loop. No problems with signal or reliability in general.
Don't use their e-mail for much except messages regarding the service, but it works OK.
There have been a couple of outages caused by cut fiber and a defective card in the DSLAM, and the help desk is fairly clueless when there's some sort of outage affecting you and many others, but that's pretty good for over 7 years of solid service.
Hopefully when UVerse gets here sometime next year we'll be able to get the 18/1.5 package they just announced...but I am NOT thrilled by the idea of traffic caps; what's the point of higher speed packages if you can't use the bandwidth vs. time you are afforded?
Excellent service all in all.
