I pay for DSL but the speed is slower than dial up. Sometimes I can log into e-mail, other times not at all. Tech support non existant. Advised to reboot modem, this does nothing to help with speed and dropped service.
I wish there were other options available other than comcast. If the problem is not rectified I may go with comcast and cancel all service provide by Verison.
