    The only other options are slower dial up... or much more expensive...
    I ordered a 3mbps connection... but in the 2 years I've had it I haven't seen it reach near that point.
    Contacted tech and customer support so many times it's not even funny, they just don't seem to care.

    As soon as the contract expires I'm gone.
    Worst decision I ever made.
