I had Crapcast for a long time, but the service was not consistent. It was fast sometimes, then slow as heck other times. The price fluctuated just as much. With Verizon, my service is consistent, and my bill is the same from month to month. Finally, I have a personal budget that doesn't fluctuate from month to month.
The order process was smooth. The install kit came via UPS in a few days. The account setup is rather lengthy, but easy to complete. There were just a few too many steps, in my opinion. The Actiontec DSL modem/router has good wireless coverage, and has not had a glitch. No rebooting necessary.
