It's been on VZDSL for 8 years so some of the above rating info is irrelevant. Plus I've been hit w/ PMs from this site asking me to "review something" (review spam?). But everything works! What more can I ask for? Service is the 3000/768 package on dry loop w/ the $29.99 price locked in for a year (was $41.99 w/o!). And yes, this is plain DSL, none of the Yahoo/MSN crap. Been quite a few years since I've had any major issues other than a few short outages.
But there's only one strange issue: This service was once shared w/ POTS, but that number had been ported out to a cellphone. Since I could no longer get the DSL charges on a phone bill, I selected checking account debit form the webpage. That's all fine 'n dandy, but I still have no idea why VZOL still sends me a paper bill (w/ return envelope & all) but the due date says, "Don't Pay." Their "customer care" doesn't know, either.
Edit: If people wonder why I point this out as weird: Keep in mind that VZOL doesn't offer paper billing as an option for dry loop. It could just be sent as an invoice for the debit, but that still doesn't explain why it comes w/ a return envelope like a phone bill.
