I have had Charter for a long time now. When I live in Worcest 01606 I wasn't too happy with it but now that I have moved to West Boylston the service is good to great. When I move I had Verizon install their DSL (waiting for FIOS!) and I compared it to Charter. I noticed that Charter had better speeds and stability. Less packet loss. Noticeable difference so I stuck with Charter. At my old house I was too far out for Verizon DSL to get a decent speed. At the new house I got better sync speed but that was it. Only when FIOS comes in-line and Verizon upgrades their badnwidth outside of the town then I will have a better choice for internet. For now I am happy with Charter. My uploads are good and my VOIP line from Sunrocket is working great.
