I guess my review has been long overdue and I'm making the effort to catchup.:) I started when the speed being offered was 90/60 @50 and this was 6 yrs. ago if I remember it correctly. From the time I ordered the service to being actually connected, it took a month which was normal during that time. Ever since, the speed being offered got faster from 90/60, 128/60, 512/90, 768/128, 1.5/354, 1.5/768 and finally 3.0/768. I cannot remember the detail of the prices for each tiers but it is lower now than when I started. All those years Verizon issued four westell modems all free, part of the promo with the tier expansions. I have not too many service interruptions, it only happens when they have service maintenance or equipment updates. Verizon Service overall would have been 100% in my book except for their technical support. It's really a pain when you need help.
