    Overbilled of course, they continue to charge me for FIOS and billed an early termination fee (how can I have early terminated and still have service to be billed?) Charged for the modem and an activation fee, didn't send me the promised $100 gift card. Took me HOURS on the phone to see if I could get it straightened out. They tell me NOT to pay the almost $400 bill and wait til next month after the adjustments hit and to pay that one. I tell you I am afraid to open the freaking envelope.

    Moved from a Fios address to an area without Fios (Waaah). OK placed the order on-line to transfer/move service. Needless to say it got screwed up, became a cancel order and an order for new service. This meant that my email address (main and sub-users) were not transferred! Files stored on "my space" gone! Well you get the picture. I was home waiting on the Cable TV installers all day on Tues 6/24 and spent the entire day SIX yes I said SIX hours on the phone with Fios/DSL/phone tech support being transferred around trying to get all of the above straightened out. The final part of this it all works now, but for some reason my CO is only set up to provide a max of 1.5 service? No 3.0 available, I guess this is because my area is due to get Fios within the next few months or so, but in the meantime I really miss my Fios speed!
