I used to have internet service through comcast.
After Experiencing bad customer service and Outages about every day of the week, I decided to Dump Them.
I Signed up for Verizon online and From Order To My Door was about a week.
I have had nothing but A Good experience with Verizon.
Not Only Is It The Cheapest Option Around My Area, I find their customer service to be one of the best.
I also like that the Throw In MSN Premium with the Package. I don't use MSN but I do like having Mcafee For Free.
Also Having no bandwidth caps and Free News Service just puts the icing on the cake.
Since having Verizon For about 2-3 years, I have only experienced outages about 2-3 times and no longer than an hour or two.
If you have the Choice and Verizon is one of them I would say Go For It.
Cant wait to get FIOS!
*Update*
Just upgraded my account today to the 3.0/768 service.
Will post a review when the changes take effect.

Found out Verizon offers Dry Loop service in my area and just got switched over.
Still great service...just wish they would run some freaking fiber up my way.

Still going good. They sent me a message to update my review so I'm doing it.
Verizon has always been a great service. Customer service was even good when I needed a password reset. I'm still waiting on the 7.1 MB service and FIOS. My DSL line is getting kinda slow for my needs.
