    I have been a Bell Sympatico subscriber for years. Never had a problem with service (had actually changed from Rogers due to poor service in my area).

    The throttling issue never really affected me (I do not d/l torrents with any frequency to be concerned about speed) but for other financial reasons I changed from bell. Thankfully they did not mess up my transition.

    Thanks Bell for years of service but I am sure I will be happy where I land next. I know my speed is better at my new provider »/testhistory/1553727/334f2
