    My Other Reviews·Broadvox Direct
Ex-Employee of Bell, now working for TSI

Was with Sympatico(now Bell Internet) for over 7 years @ 4 different locations... always have been satisfied, as long as your line works fine. I've personally encountered 2 lost of signal at 2 of the 4 places where a tech was needed to be dispatched.

Never lasted more then 48hrs. Never was my problem.

I've always tried to find a place suitable for a stable DSL connection. I'm very lucky where I currently live as I am close to the CO.

Used a 2Wire & Linksys router plugged into modem. 2Wire seems very stable, have not lost Sync since I've arrived at this place, going on 8 months now. I'm thinking about trying a Speedtouch 516 to see the performance difference. (Have not used it yet)

Have rarely called in other then for my sync issues. My modem exchange have always gone smoothly.
Billing issues I never had, should count myself lucky for that.

I Don't use p2p too often but when I do it is frustrating to be slowed down to 30k/sec. Although my work around has been to get myself a dedicated server.

For those wondering why I was paying so low. I had special plan plus employee discount. Good bye cheap rates.

Sympatico cancelled for Sept 1st. Teksavvy in near future, mostlikely for Oct 1st.

    $21 for unlimited?

    ...very curious, very.
Unless you are using dial-up, I can't believe that $21 can be unlimited. I know that bell cannot charge more than $25 for extra bandwidth because we had the experience...
    $21...unlimited..

    oh LOOK

lol Bell martin (ie deadzoo) dumps sympatico and goes to teksavvy.

    too funny.

No wonder the previous rating of yours was too good to be true.
