    Although tech support is not there at night in my case i never "really" need them.I would recommend to anyone

    Update:
    Since the last update there have been a few price increases.I'm now just under $59 for ultra.I dare not touch or change anything or I'll end up with caps.Considering moving to another ISP very shortly.
    I no longer recommend them to anyone.

    Update 2
    Throttling has become an issue for my children who play WoW religiously.It lasts all bloody night.If you use anything that may get degraded by throttling go elsewhere for an ISP

    After 2 $5 price increases in a year and nothing in return except broken dns and throttling I've changed providers.

    Actually it has been reported on the BS forums that throttling is now happening 24/7 !

    Mine is not throttled today(well not down to 30kB anyway,but still alongway from 500 I used to get)and deadpool said the issue yesterday was fixed.
