I would NOT recommend this product/company (Clear internet) at all. The people that answer the phone don't seem to care or understand or both and I'm on the losing end now awaiting 2 refunds! And be careful to determine where you can get an actual signal in a supposedly covered area not to mention how the connection signal drops in covered areas at times (I am in Harrisburg PA). If you decide to go with Clear anyway do yourself a favor and go to an authorized retailer as opposed to calling their published phone number. I went with both and the person-to-person experience was much better.
To explain further I will simply have you read first my survey reply then second my website feedback both sent to the company on 8-6-12:

"You people made 2 major errors and have cost me to wait on a $133.53
refund not to mention a delay in my internet access. I called on
7-30-12 established acct# XXXXXXX. I didn't know of any other product
of Clear except the portable device my friends have. All the sales rep
asked me was whether I have a desktop or a laptop and I advised him I have a laptop--no options were given and I made no product selections.
Next day I get this big modem. I call to cancel which takes over 20

min. on the phone. The first man tells me he will send me a return
label (interestingly enough he told me my refund would be processed
right away which puzzled me) that I would receive in 3 days. It's now
been a week and so I call today and spend 10 min. on the phone with a
man who tells me I didn't receive the return label because my apt# was
missing. What BS!!! After all I since received 2 separate mailings from you the product itself and a generic promotional letter in my name. Then your company has the
audacity to send me an email today stating that this return is being based
on terms of a trial period. I don't think so!!!
Given these experiences and the fact that I could not obtain any signal in
Shamokin PA (I still need to check for Sunbury PA) I am highly likely
to just cancel my 2nd acct# XXXXXXX for which I was given the
correct product in person by an authorized retailer. All I can say now
is that your web site better have a signal map because I'm not waiting
to find out when I get to Sunbury if there's a signal or not."
"first your coverage map is vague as there is no color legend. more
importantly the following reply is practically misleading:
'...sorry there's no service available at the address entered...our network covers this area but we aren't currently selling here....'
Why would you state your network covers this area when I couldn't get a signal there at all? The address location is even within the green area! If
I didn't know better I would possibly have waited until I could try it for myself more than likely missing the trial period".

At this point I am returning the hot spot thing from my 2nd acct. I can
only imagine what more fun I will experience with this company not to mention it may take 5 weeks to get either refund!
