I have been with Clear Wire for a year. It is the worst service I have ever experienced. My download speed varies between .75- 3.00 but it averages 1.5 mbps. Downloading a movie takes anywhere between 3-5 hours. Although once, it only took 45 min. Only once. The Tech support is a joke. They apologize after you complete a sentence.Every sentence. Most of the reps are hard to understand, language wise. I have spoken to customer service several times, and with always the same result. NOTHING. I pay $45 each for month for lousy speed, lousy customer service, lots of buffering on videos and music. It has gotten to the point where I no longer download anything. Why should I, it'll only take 3-5 hours. If I need something important downloaded, or I want a movie, I take my laptop to the public library and use their WI-FI. Oh, by the way. I live in LOS ANGELES, CA. And between 2 towers. Go figure.
