Earlier this year I convinced my parents to switch from Comcast, which they were paying $65 per month for internet only, to At&t since it had become available in their area. Since getting it, the speeds have been very reliable, and the service has not had any outages. The best part is is that it is half the price of Comcast, and more reliable.
UPDATE 7-9-10
Parents have had it for over a year now and have had no issues. Speed is still great with the elite package, and they got on to the promotion to have the cost dropped to $25 per year, no contract. They are moving soon and will most likely be transitioning to U-Verse at the new location.
