I had the service for about a year now. When I first ordered it, they told me it would take around 5 days for my service to get up when it really took only 3 days. After a couple of months, my service stopped for no apparent reason. It took them two weeks for them to come out just fix it. When they did finally come out to fix it, they still couldn't find the problem. It appeared that some one put a cap on my line to fix it and didn't take it off. After that little incident, I have had a solid connection since till the same thing happened not to long ago. When there is an outage, its when I'm not using my service and its not for that long. I'm okay with my speed, 1.5 mbps down and 384 kbps up, considering there's only one CO in my town and very little RT around too. I get my speed i pay for, and sometimes i even get a little more. Considering that AT&T is really the only other HSI provider besides Time Warner, where they charge really outrages prices, I like them and wouldn't change, unless i was offered a faster speed.
