Adelphia became Time Warner became Windjammer. It took 2 years for Windjammer to be able to explain my bill.
While no speed is advertised, mine is 5M/800k with a SB5101
The techs in the field have been prompt and informed, office workers have a pulse but no brain wave activity.

 | | TWC / Windjammer They're the same company. TWC and Comcast took over Adelphia to get what properties they wanted and the ones they didn't they traded with each other. TWC took the Adelphia areas they didnt' want and created WindJammer. Windjammer is a TWC company weather anyone wants to admit it or not. They're a privately held company as well; that only existed after TWC.
