I've been with TWC for years. Until now, they were the only option available. Every year they up their prices for their worthless product. (cable) So, to make a long story short, TW had a special for digital cable for about the same price I was already paying. This has been a year ago. I went with it. Since then, I've had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, not to mention I was flat out lied to about the package I was getting and the pricing. The digital cable freezes all of the time or just goes black completely.When I call to make a complaint, I rarely ever get credit, or maybe a dollar and some change, an insult. TW is the WORST cable company I've ever dealt with. I've been a customer for years. All of my neighbors have switched because of their horrible product and incompetent 'service'. There have been times when I was on hold waiting for 20 minutes! I've told them time and time again, giving them chance after chance to make things right. I'm so sick and tired of dealing with this company that obviously does not appreciate it's customers. Now, even my remote doesn't work. When I called about that, I was told to go to the nearest office (45 minute drive) and get a new one. Why they couldn't just send me one, I don't know but I think that's what did it. I think maybe I'll join everyone else who lives where I do and go with a better cable company....been thinking about it for a long time.
