    My Other Reviews·buckeye cable
    moved to the NEO area of TWC. The house I moved into already had cable hooked up from the previous residents. A trip to the local office and my lease landed me a modem and them $60 for service.

    Took 30 minutes to get full up and running and their servers did they're work. My service was disconnected upon an aduit and finding out the CSR that hooked my service up in their system entered the WRONG address for my house! Tech came out the next day and hooked me back up.

    Lesson was never deal with a CSR that doesn't know how her computer's mouse works.
