Hey. On april 21st I decided to take the plunge into dsl after about 2
months of searching dslreports and whether i needed or not. I finally
decided that Teliquest was my best bet based on the reviews at the time.
I called up and got to talk to someone almost immediately. Chris told
me a little about what they offered and was generally helpful. I made
up my mind to go for the 608/128 and he said he would send out the
contract that day. I was a bit doubtful since it was the weekend of
Easter even though it was about 10 am est. Well I waited and it never
came. I am pretty impatient when it comes to "goodies" so on Monday
morning I sent an email to their orders department just to put a bug in
their ear again. I got a very prompt email from Dawn Heller who sent
one out, it was sitting in the salesmans folder she said. A few hours
later I faxed it in requesting an email to say they got it. Soon after
I got another email from Dawn saying she had received it. Around 4 pm
that day I got the another contract sent to me from Chris. Well
yesterday I got a call from Chris saying that they never got my contract
and I told him I had sent it. I was put on hold for a little bit while
he checked around. He came to the conclusion that it must be in the
billing department (yes I had been charged already, never any problem
there) and asked me to resend it. I have a feeling that Teliquest is
kinda small, what would it take for him to get it from the billing
department? They have been very polite but the execution is still a bit
shaky. So if I send another contract does everything start when they
get that one or is the process already in the works? Does my 45 day
wait start tomorrow when they get the new (but same) contract or has the
ball already been rolling since I sent my first contract? It seems by
the reviews I have been reading lately and my own experience is that
Teliquest needs to communicate with each other and their customers a
little better. I read a recent reply and you said that CC #'s were
taken from the contract but mine was taken over the phone. Teliquest is
still my #1 choice but I just want thinks to work out smoothly. Thank
    you.
