I got installed today (day 95). After some line issues and coordination problems with USWest I am installed. I Originally ordered 384/272 but after prices fell I asked to be upgraded to 768/408. Rhythms didn't change my profile so I was installed at 384 today but am supposed to be upgraded to 768 in the next couple of days. My line tested capable of 2 meg down and 900k up at 11300 feet, not too bad in my eyes. Even with the 384 I am getting 420 down and 360 up. My pings to mplayer and the zone.com are great. So far I am impressed and can't wait to see what 768 is like. All I know is it was worth the wait and heartache and sure beats the heck out of my isdn line. As far as customer care, Heather Howard always returned my calls same day. Rob Froelich stayed on the phone for 20 minutes with me and was very patient and Paul Dannegger was a great sales rep. I'll let everybody know when I am upgraded to 768.
