Great service all around. We have a couple of toll-frees (for our business voice/faxing) in addition to another DID for general travel use (so we can be reached at a local number whenever we travel).
Low pay as you go prices, great service quality and prompt response from their TSR's in addition to having our privacy protected from the DHS (since they have Canadian servers, being Canadian-based)... What else can you ask for?
Well, I'd like to see them implement Speex for better Linphone call quality, but that's a very minor gripe on the grand scheme.
All in all, I've been recommending these guys to everyone.
Update I just wanna add that I've been playing with some other features of voip.ms service.

2) ..IVR.. That's a great feature. It allows me to offer my callers options to have the call forwarded to my vmb, land line or cell phone. I might also play with a "calling card" setup, that'll do quite nicely for calling my family and in-laws overseas when I'm using my cell.
These guys offer so much CHOICE!!!
P.S. Their live chat and e-mail support have continued to be top-notch.
Edit: I still don't understand why I gave their tech support a 60.. Must have been a slip of the mouse.. They have been very responsive and helpful.
