Started F9 on a beta test. Very responsive - personalized setup on member portal. I copied and pasted info into Asterisk, changed context, reloaded and outbound worked. Quality is as good or better than any I've tried. I couldn't get both outgoing and incoming working at the same time. Exchanged several support tickets and had a fix in about 16 hours.

    FN calls

I just opened my account tonight to try. made some calls to local and cell-phones. not bad.

anyone tried to porting an existing number? If I decide to use it, Yearly Plan is my choice. I prefer to keep my existing number. 3000min/month is plenty I actually don't need that much.

why the reviewer are not many? I want to read more reviews prior to porting.

    Re: FN calls

anyone knows FN's support phone number? hmm, it's a phone service business but no support number? I sent emails this Sunday. waiting for response yet.
called my others FN friends, they even not started yet. couldn't help any except giving me FN email, which I have known. sounds a quite new company.

I don't have DID yet (waiting to porting my existing number). Therefore I couldn't call my new FN phone, however I listened (remote) my voice messages made by FN, very clear. I will let my family call me office Monday and re-confirm the FN call quality.
My experience, echo is a main VOIP issue, in viewpoint of call quality. I am using verizon FIOS, enough bandwidth.

They are still in beta, so that is why there are so few reviews.
Currently they do not offer phone support.

I ported in a very hard-to-port number (area not available with most VoIP providers). It worked very smoothly. Quick, professional, and smooth.

Once Iowa was kicked out of the Union (USA), after the infamous Iowa Rebellion, nobody wants to deal with porting numbers from this "out of favor" former State.

    Touch-tone phone?

    Ok, a new problem.
seems the FN service is NOT a real touch-tone phone service. every time I use to it to input my credit card# or phone#, the receiving party always complains and "input not correct", or "not responding correctly".
It's a pain to me. if touch-tone not working, I have to talk to operator, the waiting for an operator is very long. but I have to wait since the input couldn't be recognized.

anyone experienced this problem? and what's your solution, or settings?

    TIA.
