Status quo no problems in years. I'm pretty satisfied. Pricey for what it is, but it's stable.
Well to update my review, my DSL has remained the same at the same rate and I have 5 static IPs. Pacbell changed to SBC. SBC to SBC/Yahoo, then to AT&T. I've had no problems for the last few years.
As an update, It's been years since I've had problems with my connection. I still have the same 5 IPs and rate. It's not the fastest, but it's steady and I'm satisfied. I've done too many SBC installs for others and in general they are pretty good. Sometimes they drop out and it can be a nightmare with the phone support going offshore. But they always eventually get things worked out.
