Much better than I expected. Best for people with some experience.

What can I say? I expected it to be horrible and it has been great.

In three months since install, uptime has been 100%, and connection speeds have been great, all for $26.95/month. Of course, that's not the real price, but after a year we'll switch to someone else.

I microwaved the CD they provided -- don't even touch the thing. Tech support even gave me the PPPoE setup information over the phone! Tech support had no problem with the concept that I was running Linux, and had no interest in installing spyware (from the CD) onto my parent's mac and Linux boxes. I even wrote a page on how to avoid using the CD »www.obviously.com/tech_t ··· _CD.html

The pre-sales information is terrible, and terribly confusing. There is no way to tell what equipment you might be getting until the box arrives.
