I am using Phoenix Networks for my DSL service
I am the first in my area with any DSL ... I ordered it as soon as it was
advertised ... I have been watching DSL news since early '97 for its
availability
My account rep was Jack McCready ... Very helpful and always followed
through
As I was the first in the area ... Around 25,000 feet from the telephone CO
... Installation was a little while with a couple of small glitches ...
Both Rythms and Phoenix Networks were easy and helpful to work with ...
They assisted me completely, promptly, and professionally ...
The DSL service has been excellent ... I've been up and running for just
over 3 weeks now ... Not one single glitch ....
