I only need the internet so i was happy with Bright house (earth link) in the begging when i start with their special and after the offer expired i kept it for 7 months then i called them to find out about higher speed and then i had an agreement with the sales person to have a different plan for a better price which i was happy about it, i let bright house deduct the monthly charges from my account, but guess what today i got the stmt in the mail and i usagally ignore them but i checked that one and i found the price went up $20.00, i went mad so i went to check my bank account to see how they have been deducting the amounts, and on the second month of my call to sales person the price went up $3.00 and today the price is higher than my aggreement by $20.00 no body give my any notice the sales person never told me it's going to change after a certian period but actually when i called the CS they told me it's an offer and it's expired so i told her if it's an offer it would be 3 or 6 or 12 month but not 4 months and the change suddenlly then she said i need to check and then she told me it's wrong rate and FINALLY it got cought by the system, what a rip off
now i'm with the new higher rate but i'll watch the billing every month and if i see 1 Cent change i'll cut the service
