I have been stuck with Comcast at my building for years. AT&T recently offered service on my block and I nervously decided to switch. I placed my order on-line and was up and running the next day. I was amazed by the ease of the process and the quality of the installation. The installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It has only been a few days and the Internet speeds are close to advertised (fingers crossed). Picture quality is good too.
