Order processing was upfront and honest because I had a LOT of information form other sources at my disposal. Scheduled install after getting back from vacation.
Tech showed up as scheduled after calling to say he would be there at the beginning of the window (cool). Was polite knowledgable and installed a clean well organized solution actually suggested a better location for the RG (much to my pleasure). Had to pull a new Coax line to replace one that was bad from Direct TV days . Wish all of my experiences with Techs were as good as this one. Took 6 hours to complete phone 3 TVs. Porting of my ELNK home phone back to AT&T was smooth no hassles. Performance is to be determined. Have the highest level of perfomance profile(only 870 ft form the VRAD) available but chose 18 MB Internet, seeing 9-13 MB downloads with no TV streaming. Will see what a HD stream will do to performance.
