I have 24mb internet package, 450 TV package, and 2 phone lines. Order was ok, they rescheduled twice on me because my phone lines weren't billed together (which they have to be to bring over to U-verse Voice). I had to call ATT to get my phones lines billing changed, so ATT could install new service, once I had the billing changed I had to call ATT to confirm it was changed then call ATT to tell them it was changed so they could proceed with the install. So I guess my biggest complaint is having to call ATT to tell ATT what to do, and when to do it...The equipment I had installed was a Motorola Total Home DVR and 2 additional remote boxes, and the RG model 3800HGV-B and battery backup.
