    I considered was using TW but just moved to Highland wanted a change.
    I got the 6MB/s at $35 haven't got my first bill yet to see all the other fees.

    I ordered online. Got a confirmation e-mail. Got a confirmation recorded call two days before. another the day before. and the tech called 30min before he arrived.

    Installed in about 2 hours. Tech was courteous and professional.

    I got the 2wire 3800HGV-B. This box is huge.
