    My order went in before Labor Day and installation right after.
    Went without a hitch. I got the TV U300 bundle with 12mbps down and 1.5mbps up and the tech had me up and running in about an hour. Integrated wifi is a nice touch.
    Latency is around 60ms.
    Online chat and phone tech support has been pretty good so far.
