My Other Reviews

I subscribed in August 2011 because they finally offered up UVerse internet and phone in my area. I was told I qualify for the 12/1 package with regards to internet. So I bit. I have had nothing but trouble with it since they finally installed it a month later. My modem package was shipped missing a router, the signal is STILL inconsistent. To top it all off they send me bills for hundreds of dollars despite the initial advertisement told me there would be no hidden fees or costs and the first bill would be $75 (modem bundle) + 29.95. I sent them a check to cover the last month of OLD DSL service that was due and they cashed it and sent it back, then sent me a letter threatening to disconnect my UVerse if I didn't pay off my old DSL account, which by the way was only $23.20. Also I was without service between Old DSL and NEW DSL for 17 days when it should have been seamless. Now we can't switch back because they no longer offer DSL in the area. They were willing to loose a customer over switching us back to DSL, THAT spoke volumes.

All in all it's a mess. I wouldn't order it unless you have a neighbor who can show you it's stability ahead of time for several days in a row.

Instability NOT worth the price. I'd rather pay $75 for a business DSL class account or $35 x2 for TWO (2) 6mb DSL lines to my home and pay for a multi-wan router.
