If you compare apples to apples (programming to programming), then DISH is much better than Suddenlink. However, if you need service on your equipment, DISH makes you wait 3-5 days for replacement. This is worse than Suddenlink. If DISH wants to compare themselves to cable, their tech support should be as good as cable.
