    I have had Dish network for about 4 years starting out with a pair of 311's and have
    upgraded to a 322 and a pvr 501. I switched from direct tv after moving and finding
    out that direct would not offer locals in the area where I moved to. The contractor
    who did the install did a good job and I have not had any service issues.
    I do wish that they would make it a little easier to check a used reciever to see if it
    was a leased unit or had a balance on it.

    Self Install...

    Back around the early days of Dish Network, they would send you the dish and the receivers for you to set up on your own. Now a days they do the free installation with is done quickly but neat.
