Works just fine, they've improved since we've got them three years ago. They upped their download caps on the $40 package from 512kbps to 768kbps, and the speed is consistent. It almost always pulls the speed they advertise. The download cap is at 250GB/mo I believe, which is a very generous amount. Games run fine also, ping is very acceptable and it may rise during peak hours, but not noticeably. One problem I have is with jitter and choke. For some reason when filling my download cap, packets get backed up somewhere in their network, and it creates gaps and high spikes of data coming in, but in the end all of the data gets trough and technically, I am getting the advertised speed. It affects online games, if you've been playing on a clear broadband connection, your experience will have been seamless. With BigTube, you would notice a slight degradation from the jitter, like a phone call starting to cut out. It's actually not bad at all, I can play just fine without noticing it. If you're a casual online gamer you would hardly notice it. It annoys me, but I have to remember that I'm using wireless broadband, and it's plenty acceptable enough and I'm happy.
