Pre Sales information:

    Well I just signed up for teliquest service after reading the positive
    postings here. I called and got a msg. saying leave your name and # and we
    will call you back in 60 minutes. I left my name and then hung up and said
    wait let me call back, I did and got Jesse on the first ring(impressive),
    she answered all my questions and said that I can have it within 30 days, I
    am only 4000 feet from CO. I have a problem where I am moving to a
    different location May 1st, and need to get the ball rolling so that I can
    have DSL soon after I move there. Several ISP's told me that I cannot start
    anything untill I am physically moved in there and have a # installed there.
    Jesse checked and said that I can start the process with my old # so long as
    I transfer it over when I move.(we will see if that is true).
    I signed up today for 1.5/384 through covad, I was told I should have my
    contract E-mailed to my by latest tomorrow.
    I gave her my CC# for the $198 charge which I am going to get back after the
    install via rebate! I hope this goes smoothly because I need this for work
    and god help if it gets screwed up!
