    Bell Atlantic rocks!!!!!!!!! ( SARCASM) Damn I don't even know where to
    start. To this day I am without DSL, its been down for about half a month
    now. A plus to this nice story is to add that the bell atlantic
    technicians are complete morons. Their idea of getting your DSL back is
    listing installed network components or cycling your modem off and
    on. Over a week and a half after my trouble ticket was issued nothinggggg.
    I call in and no update has came from the "Network Specialists" suprising
    huh? yeah the other idiots of the branch. The funniest is when I get a guy
    who can't even speak english trying to help me solve my problem. All they
    do is pass you from one tech to another. Past two days I called their
    computers were down and they couldn't bring up my info. Just right now i
    got off the phone with a tech about 2 hours and the conversation is
    finished. Anything new you ask?? Nope same SHIT!!!!!!. Listing network
    components, installing reinstalling them. They do not know of any problems
    in the central office , they cannot test my line. What good techs are
    they???? They probably put you on hold and try to ask other people what
    bullshit to feed this guy on the phone to kill time. I guess thats what
    they get paid for wasting people's time and money. The way this is going I
    don't see my DSL coming back at all. How can installing components or
    shutting the modem off do anything that is just plain stupid , I have had
    DSL for over 2 months and it suddenly stopped. Yeah my network components
    got up and ran out the window. So in conclusion STAY AWAY FROM BELL
    ATLANTIC RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    P.S. BELL ATLANTIC YOU SUCK STICK WITH PHONE LINES YOU OBVIOUSLY DON"T KNOW
