Was installed 7 day's after ordered as scheduled. Installer was quick and efficient. He made sure to test incoming and outgoing calls and explained features before leaving. They were able to use my existing phone number from Verizon so I kept the same #. This is what takes time. I would recommend them as the quality is as good as a regular landline and for me $20/month less plus no additional long distance charges for calls in the US.
No issues since install date. Performance has been rock solid and savings from land line Verizon are a huge plus.I would recommend this service to anyone that has it available to them.
