    Guy came took out my old modem and installed my new modem. Ran some tests,installed new fittings, made some calls,ran into some problems, made sure everything worked including all 4 computers connected to router before leaving. Was very professional. Even was an hour early for appointment which was very unusual. Said if we need the EMTA moved later on just to call and they would move it FREE of charge. What a change from before!!!! I would definitely recommend.
