    so i cant tell you about the pre sales info becuase i did not purchase this. i only borrowed it for a month from a family member. The high points of this is that it works most anywhere sprint service works. the low points are when you are out in the boondocks its only slightly quicker than dial up. For me its not practical becuase everywhere that you do get the quicker "evdo service" you can get dsl or cable. it seems to only work in metro areas.

    the latencity is also high, usually around 300ms.

    all in all even when you do get the evdo service it doesnt beat fixed line connections.

    I recommend it if your on the move alot.
